We dispatch all orders on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no company branding whatsoever.
Normally your order should arrive within 1-4 business days from shipping (UK) and 7-10 days (International), but please do allow up to 15 days (UK) and 25 days (International) for delivery (from day of shipping).

All items are covered by Royal Mail's standard certificate of posting insurance, and we are bound by these terms and conditions (as above). We guarantee that, should you not receive your order, you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund per the aforementioned timescales.

If the product does not meet with your expectations we will refund you on receipt of any unopened packs of Sweatex and the remaining unused pads. Please contact us for details.
